Debuting in Tokyo Designers Week, Tokyo, Japan |

To
celebrate the release of the new Nike Free Trainer 7.0, Nike
invited Nanospore creator Paul Hwang to apply his touch. The
commissioned film is part of Nike Asia Pacific's Premium Performance
campaign, very much in the same vein as the Nike Art of Speed
and Adicolor films.
Personifying the key facets of the Nike Free Trainer 7.0 [free
sole, lateral stability, and foot strengthening] are three
mild-mannered characters who transform into super powerful
beings. Paul's animated short film, print campaign, and 3D
sculpts submerge them in the urban playground of a Taiwanese
city pulling influences from Sistine Chapel paintings and
Chinese Tapetries. More information to come.
